Does Freeway have the parts for my car?
Probably. We believe our exhaust and tyre range is the largest in Kent. Our business has been built on providing the service our customers want, when they want it. (And we hate shopping where the shop doesn't have what we want in the size we want it. We don't expect our customers to suffer that way.)


Is booking necessary?
Generally there is no need to book for exhaust or tyre replacement as most jobs are in and out within 30 minutes. If time is really critical for you then a phone call will establish the best time to call in. Our MOT bay is always in heavy demand so we do run an appointment system for MOT testing.


When is Freeway Open?
We're open Monday to Saturday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. with late night opening on Thursdays until 7:00pm. We do not open on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

  
How much will it cost?
Almost certainly it will be less than the alternatives. Phone for a quote on the fast fit work you need. Freeway quoted prices include fitting and VAT unless stated otherwise. When you come to pay the bill at Freeway, you won't find the price inflated by 'essential extras' that weren't mentioned before work started.


How long will I have to wait?
Most exhaust or tyre jobs are completed within 30 minutes but if time is really critical give us a call so we can make special arrangements for your visit. Some customers prefer to leave their car with us. This is fine as we have ample parking and we're just a short way from Tunbridge Wells centre. If you chose to wait our reception area is comfortable and spacious with magazines and drinks to pass the time.


Can you collect my car?
If your car is located within a reasonable distance we will be happy to collect and deliver it, with either no charge, or a nominal charge depending on the work to be carried out.


Is Freeway easy to find?
Yes. We're on the main A26 (Tunbridge Wells to Tonbridge road) about half a mile from Tunbridge Wells centre, directly opposite The Skinners School and next door to the Unigate Dairy. Our large car park makes access and parking very easy.


Can Freeway service my car?
No. To avoid keeping exhaust or tyre customers waiting we have to ensure our workshop is not occupied with extensive servicing work. We concentrate on our core business of exhaust and tyre replacement with the addition of MOT test related items such as brake, steering or suspension repairs.


Freeway Guarantees
All our exhaust parts carry a two year unlimited mileage guarantee. Our tyres are guaranteed against defects until they are worn out. Any exceptions or exclusions will be made clear. In fact we don't like to make a big thing about guarantees. If something is not satisfactory then we will do whatever is required to put it right.
